The Emergency Veterinary Fund: Providing Life-Saving Care

When a dog gets hit by a car, a puppy is rescued from the rubble of a bombed building, a blind mama cat is found hiding with her litter of kittens, can they count on you?
Every day our rescue partners save dogs from the most difficult situations. The vet bills add up quickly. Sochi Dogs steps in to make these rescues possible but we can’t do it without your help.

Become a supporter of our Emergency Veterinary Fund and give the gift of life. Your donation covers life-saving vet care: x-rays, blood work, pain medication, blood transfusions, emergency surgeries and more. Make a tangible difference with a donation today.

Who Needs Our Help Now:

This week 4 dogs (including one very hungry pregnant momma dog) and 12 cats arrived in Dnipro from Toretsk. This was the last animal evacuation from the occupied city. The dogs and cats spent 3 days in the van. First they traveled to neighboring Pokrovsk where a small shelter had agreed to house them, when the driver arrived they found the person who was running the shelter there had been killed just hours before.

Our Dnipro partners jumped in to help. We'll be partnering with them to make sure their veterinary expenses and rehabilitation is taken care of. Every one has already been taken to the vet for an initial evaluation and several of the cats have been treats for glass and shrapnel wounds. These cats and dogs have been through so much and we cannot let them down.

100% of Your Gift Goes to Providing Emergency Veterinary Care.
Look at What We Can Accomplish Together:

Volt was found in Toretsk with shrapnel wounds and a broken tail. He is recovering from his surgery and loves to sit in the grass!

Leo had fluid in his lungs. He was rescued with his siblings who had enteritis. All the siblings are now recovering and growing strong!

Families of mamas and puppies urgently evacuated from conflict zones get vet exams, vaccinations, nutritious meals, and lots of love.
