A Mother's Day Rescue
This Mom and her 4 puppies were found near a local super market right before Mother's Day. The Mom is very clean and friendly, which means she once lived with a family that left her on street after she gave birth to her puppies.
When our Shelter Director Vlada went to bring a friend to help her load the mom and her puppies into the car she found 3 more puppies there that were abandoned in the same spot while she was away. Our shelter is full to capacity, but Valda could not leave them on the street. She found a temporary foster home for the additional three puppies and the mom and her four puppies have been take to the shelter.
